Chocolate Easter Bowls with Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Pink Candy Chocolate Melts (for the Chocolate Bowl)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for the Chocolate Mousse)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for the Chocolate Mousse)
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar (for the Chocolate Mousse)

Instructions

  1. CHOCOLATE BOWL: Melt the pink candy chocolate melts in the microwave according to direction. Then make little circles onto wax paper. These will be the bottoms of the chocolate bowls.

  2. Next, blow up 8 balloons and dip each one into the melted chocolate. Let the chocolate harden a little and dip each one again. This will make the bowls a bit thicker.

  3. Remove excess chocolate by gently shaking the balloon. Then place onto the chocolate circle on the wax paper. This will form the bowl. 

  4. Once you make all of your chocolate bowls, place into the fridge so they harden up.

  5. After the chocolate hardens, pop each balloon and remove from the chocolate bowl. 

  6. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE: Mix together the heavy whipping cream, unsweetened cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a bowl. 

  7. Decorate and enjoy!
