Halloween Cake Pops

Servings 24 pops

  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1/2 container Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 tray White Chocolate Melts
  • Sprinkles

  1. Cook cake mix according to instructions.

  2. Once the cake is cooled, crumble it up. Then slowly add frosting until you can roll them into balls (without being too doughy). Make sure they are a tad crumbly. Place in the fridge until cake pops harden a bit

  3. Melt white chocolate and dip the cake pop stick into the chocolate.

  4. Put the chocolate end of the stick into the cake pops. This will create a "glue" to make it easier to dip the cake pops into the white chocolate. Set in the fridge to for chocolate to harden

  5. Once the chocolate hardens, dip the whole cake pop into the white chocolate and decorate

  6. * In order to make the mummy, I first dipped the whole cake pop into the chocolate, then after it hardened I took a ziplock bag and cut a tiny hole at one corner. I filled the bag up with white chocolate and squeezed the chocolate out of the corner and swirled it around the cake pop (leaving space for eyes). Then once that hardened I took the ziplock bag and squeezed some white chocolate onto the back of the eye sprinkles and placed them on the cake pop.

  7. Let the cake pops sit in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens, then eat!
