However, I do remember at first how intimidated I was with this Ninja Creami machine.
But after a little research, and a whole lotta taste testing, I figured out how to make the most creamy and delicious vanilla Ninja Creami recipe.

Ingredients Needed to Make Your Ninja Creami Vanilla Base
Milk: My go-to is Fairlife 2% milk as it contains 13 grams of protein per serving.

Protein Powder – This ingredient is huge for increasing protein in your Ninja Creami recipe. The only vanilla protein powder I use is Clean Simple Eats- Simply Vanilla. It contains 20g. of protein, includes a digestive enzyme blend, and is made with natural ingredients. Plus, it tastes incredible! Use LEAH10 for 10% off!

Pudding Mix – I use sugar-free vanilla pudding mix for added sweetness. This will also help enhance the flavor of the ice cream base.

Vanilla Extract – This gives your ice cream an even richer and more flavorful vanilla taste. Don’t miss this ingredient!

Mix-Ins – Mix-ins are a fun way to change up your ice cream recipes. When you have your vanilla base, decide whether you add fruit, candy, nuts, or sauces to your ice cream.

Recipe Tips for the Creamiest Vanilla Ice Cream
FREEZE – Let it freeze all the way. It doesn’t have to be a full 24 hours because, honestly, no one can wait that long. However, let it freeze for a good 8 hours before spinning.
THAWING – After it’s been frozen, let it sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes prior to spinning. This helps make it super creamy.
RE-SPIN IF NECESSARY – If the vanilla Ninja Creami is crumbly after the first spin, re-spin it to soften it up even more. There’s no need to add any more milk unless you want it really smooth and creamy (like soft serve ice cream).

How to Store Your Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice Cream
Let’s say you’ve made your Ninja vanilla ice cream, eaten half and want to save the rest for tomorrow.
Store it directly in the Creami pint or transfer it to an airtight container.
When you’re ready to eat it again, let it thaw slightly, spin and enjoy.
Some people recommend NOT to spin it again after re-freezing but I always have and like it better.
If you are planning on making the base but not processing it in the machine just yet, it can be stored in the Ninja Creami pint for about 2-3 weeks.
Perfect for batch prepping!

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I use almond milk or oat milk for this vanilla Creami recipe?
A: Yes, however, the consistency will be different. Some people like to add coconut cream, cottage cheese or Greek yogurt with that type of milk for a creamier texture. However, I recommend Fairlife milk the most.
Q: Why is my vanilla Creami coming out crumbly?
A: That’s normal! Just re-spin or add in a splash of milk.
Q: How sweet is this vanilla ice cream?
A: It’s not too sweet, but if you are sensitive to sweetness, you can adjust the level by putting in less pudding mix.
Q: How long can you store Ninja Creami in the freezer?
A: If stored right, you can freeze it for a few weeks. I’ll be honest when I say it never lasts that long in my house!
