Did you know Galentine’s Day is celebrated on February 13th? Whether you are married, single, or dating… this is a fantastic holiday to celebrate with your gal pals.
I actually went to a Galentine’s Day party on February 1st this year and wanted to bring a few things over! First I wanted to bring some sort of cute and of course… PINK cocktail to celebrate which is how I thought of Valentine’s Sorbet Champagne.
Coming Up With the Idea
I wanted to create a refreshing cocktail that went well with the Valentine’s Day theme. Something girlie, something cute, and something super delicious.
A bubbly always goes well during any Galentine’s Day event so I knew I had to do some sort of champagne or prosecco. Then, I wanted to add in some fruit because it makes it look so pretty! This is how I came up with Valentine’s Sorbet Champagne.
Funny story, I actually made these back in 2018 and they were so good! However, I forgot I made them and thought I was inventing a new recipe, ha. Check out the old blog post I created called Raspberry Sorbet Champagne.
The only difference between these two recipes is I used prosecco and added fresh raspberries.
Valentine’s Sorbet Champagne
Ingredients:
Raspberry Sorbet
Fresh Raspberries
Prosecco Rosé
Directions:
Add 2 scoops of sorbet and a few fresh raspberries to a coupe glass or champagne flute.
Top it off with Prosecco Rosé.
The most amazing cocktail and you can bet I’m bringing it to my Galentine’s event tonight!

This cocktail is refreshing, delicious, and perfect for Galentine’s Day or even Valentine’s Day with your loved one.
I got my coupe glasses from Casa de Suna but unfortunately, they are sold out. You can find similar ones on Amazon here. Another option is to use regular champagne flutes. I use these ones from Amazon.
Pair this cocktail with a Charcuterie Bouquet and I think you are set to celebrate.
I hope you and your girlfriends enjoy this drink as much as we did!
