Learn how to make pumpkin pie ice cream with the Ninja Creami to create the best protein ice cream!
I’ve been wanting to make pumpkin pie ice cream ever since I got my Ninja Creami.
I got it on Prime Day this past year and I can seriously say it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.
One fact you may not know about me is that I have a serious obsession with ice cream.

All the links to the Ninja Creami + Accessories are found on my Amazon Shop Page here!
It’s my favorite food.
I worked at an ice cream store for four years (pretty much throughout high school).
When I worked there I could have an unlimited amount of ice cream.
I still love it.

When I was pregnant with both girls I craved ice cream so I ate it all the time.
I still love it.
So, it just made sense for me to have a Ninja Creami machine!
Why Did I get a Ninja Creami?
The reason I love my Ninja Creami machine so much is because I am able to eat ice cream practically every night because it’s healthier than regular ice cream.

When you add in protein powder and other special ingredients, it increases the amount of protein you are eating and it contains less sugar and other icky ingredients that ice cream has.
We all know ice cream tastes good but we also know it isn’t the best for you.
So while I would love to have regular ice cream every night, I know I shouldn’t.
The Ninja Creami recipes I make are so close to the real thing that it’s just worth getting!

Pumpkin pie ice cream is the only one I’ve made so far but I have quite a few more up my sleeve.
Now that it’s almost fall, I wanted to create some delicious fall ice cream recipes using the Ninja Creami.
I’ve made regular vanilla, regular chocolate, chocolate Reeses Cups, vanilla with M&M, vanilla with chocolate chip cookies, cookies n’ creme, and more!
Now it’s time to talk about this protein-filled pumpkin pie ice cream!
Ingredients Needed for Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream
You will need seven ingredients to make up this healthy pumpkin pie ice cream.
First, you will need milk.
I switch between using Fairlife 2% (which contains 13g of protein per serving) and unsweetened almond milk with Good Culture cottage cheese.
You can use whatever milk you want but for this recipe I used Fairlife.

Next, pick out a vanilla protein powder you like to use.
My favorite protein powder brand is Clean and Simple Eats.
I love it because the protein powder has 20g of protein, contains a digestive enzyme blend and is made up of natural ingredients.

You will also need pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.

I got organic pumpkin puree from Trader Joes which is like my favorite store ever.
You will also need vanilla extract, brown sugar, and graham crackers.
How to Make Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream with the Ninja Creami
Take a Ninja Creami pint container and fill it up with all ingredients except graham crackers.
Grab a frother and froth the ingredients until it is all combined.

If you don’t have a frother, mix all of the ingredients in a blender instead then pour back into the Ninja Creami pint container.Freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
When ready, take it out of the freezer and put it into the Ninja Creami.

Blend on “Lite Ice Cream.”
Take it out and check to see what it looks like.
If it’s creamy then you can skip the next step. If the ice cream looks crumbly, make a hole in the middle and add about 1-2 tsp. of milk.

Put it back in the machine and hit “re-spin”.
Take it out again, make another hole, and add in the crushed graham cracker.
I did 3/4 of the graham cracker and saved 1/4 for the top.
Feel free to add as little or as much as you would like.

Hit “mix-in” on the machine then take it out when completed.
Add some more graham crackers and pumpkin pie spice on top and enjoy!
