When it comes to enhancing my outdoor deck, I thought a well-chosen outdoor rug can tie together my deck’s decor, add warmth and comfort all while serving as a focal point that draws attention to the whole space.

What Size Outdoor Rug Did I Get?
So, I’m not an interior designer at all so I honestly googled the best size for my deck.
I wanted to anchor my seating area and create a cozy nook for outdoor relaxation so I wanted to make sure the rug was big but not too big.
It needed to stay under the gazebo but make sure it was big enough to fit under my outdoor furniture.
I ended up getting a size 6’4″x9′. This left enough space around the edges to showoff how pretty the colors and textures were!
Other Outdoor Decor Items
Of course, since it was fall, I had to add a ton of mums (Walmart sells them for $5.88) as well as pumpkins and gourds of different shapes and sizes.

The next thing I’ll be looking to add is outdoor pillows. I need ones that can have interchangeable covers since I will be redecorating this space when Christmas comes around!
