This post is all about making these delicious Oreo cookie pops for back to school!
Oreos tend to be a family favorite in this house.
However, if I am being frank, they aren’t my favorite cookies unless they are dipped in chocolate or mixed in some ice cream.

So, when it was time for me to come up with a fun back to school dessert for the girls, I thought, hey… why not some type of chocolate dipped Oreo?
It only took me about 30 minutes to make and my kids loved how cute and festive they were!
Supplies for Oreo Cookie Pops
You only need two supplies for these cute Oreo pops.
First, you need the silicone mold and I got mine off of Amazon.
School Silicone Mold

My original plan with these molds was to make melted crayons in them. However, they ended up being to small.
But they were the perfect size for these Oreo cookie pops!
The next thing you will need are some lollipop sticks and I also got those from Amazon.

These are great for both Oreo cookie pops and cake pops!

Ingredients You Will Need
The ingredient list is also super short.
You will need a pack of Oreo cookies.

Another thing you will need is white chocolate melts and another color of chocolate melts.
I went for red because I just thought it would go well with the back to school theme.
How to Make Back to School Oreo Cookie Pops
First, grab your Oreo and lollipop stick.
Press the stick in the middle of the Oreo gently as Oreos are pretty fussy and can break easily.
If needed, dip your lollipop stick in some melted white chocolate first before putting it into the Oreo so it helps hold the cookie and stick together.

Next, melt the white chocolate wafers until completely melted.
Dip the Oreo cookies in the melted white chocolate and lay on wax paper.
Let it harden and dip it into the white chocolate one more time.

When the white chocolate has completely hardened, set the Oreos aside.
Melt the red chocolate completely and put it into a Ziplock bag.

Cut a hole and squeeze the chocolate into the silicone molds.
Tap the molds on a hard surface to remove as many bubbles as possible and set in the fridge to harden.
After about 10-15 minutes, take the molds out and carefully remove the chocolate.
Use the extra melted red chocolate and put it on the back of the chocolate molds.

Proceed to place them on the Oreo cookies and press firmly to ensure the chocolate molds stick to the Oreos.
After the chocolate hardens, it’s time to enjoy!

Why You’ll Love These Oreo Cookie Pops
This is a no bake recipe which I personally love because I can be a bit impatient at times.
With just 3 simple ingredients, it’s a super easy recipe to make.
You can involve your kids in the process of making these because it’s such a fun activity and they get to eat them at the end.
YUM!
I hope you enjoy these as much as my kids did!
