Celebrating these types of holidays is so much more fun now that I have kids!! I never kept Lucky Charms in the house until my girl was bornn. Well actually… my hubby bought these for himself. I was fortunate enough to snag some of the marshmallows for this cute Lucky Charms Ice Cream Sundae recipe.

Here are the three simple ingredients:
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Whipped Cream
Lucky Charms Marshmallows
I would’ve liked to add more marshmallows on top but ya know… I ran out. You can also make the mint ice cream into a milkshake.
Deeeelish!
All that was left to add was the spoon to eat it with. I won’t deny that I ate some of the chocolate gold coins that were displayed as well.
I found similar gold flecked glasses here and here. They may be wine glasses but I like these kind because you can drink your wine after you eat your ice cream sundae… duh! Be sure to wash the glass though… cab sav + mint ice cream = ick!
