As we start saying goodbye to summer and hello to fall I am stuck between wanting to decorate for fall, put on comfy sweaters and carve pumpkins, and squeezing in one last pool day with margaritas.
The struggle is real but I mean honestly, why not have both?

I’ve been craving some new coffee recipes lately, did you see my snickerdoodle latte on my Instagram? It was so good.
This time around, I wanted something different, something that had a little bit of a floral taste but not overpowering.
Let me tell you, this lavender iced coffee hit the spot.
It was so easy to make!
HOW TO MAKE LAVENDER ICED COFFEE
First, brew 6 cups of strong coffee then let it cool down.
Once I let it cool down to room temperate, I put it in a mason jar and stuck it in my fridge overnight.
The next morning I added one drop of lavender vitality essential oil from Young Living into the mason jar and stirred it. This gave it just enough lavender for a subtle taste.
Please note, I only use Young Living essential oils as I know they are 100% pure oils.

Don’t put too much in! It will ruin the coffee (trust me, I tried it).
Then pour your coffee into a glass filled with ice, add your creamer of choice and enjoy!
I love unsweetened almond milk as my creamer. You can even add honey for a sweeter taste but I usually don’t add any type of sweetener to my coffee.
I hope you enjoyed this recipe as much as I did!Are you more of an iced coffee or hot coffee person?
