It’s that time of year… where Christmas has come and gone and New Year’s resolutions are in full effect.
Of course, some of mine are geared towards working out and paying more attention to what I eat but I also really want to learn how to cook more yummy but healthy meals instead of the typical chicken, broccoli, and rice.
I put together a list of 100 healthy meals to make in the New Year. They are a mix of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, drinks, and cocktails!
Before we get started I wanted to share with you some of my favorite tools to use in the kitchen!
FAVORITE KITCHEN TOOLS
- Mason Jars – perfect for storing overnight oats or for individual salads
- Cookie Scoops – I actually use this a lot for portion control.
- Waffle Maker – I have this one in white. I love to make mini waffles, paninis, and more with it!
- Mini Skillet – I have this one in pink. I make pancakes and eggs with it!
- Portion Master – Another great tool to keep your portions in check!
