To be honest, I’ve been making cute cinnamon roll shapes for pretty much every holiday!

I’ve covered Valentine’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July. Halloween/Fall, and now Christmas.

Something about a warm cinnamon roll with delicious icing gets me every time.

Ingredients to Make Christmas Tree Cinnamon Rolls

The first thing you need to do is pick out what cinnamon rolls you plan on using. I chose the Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Cinnamon Rolls with Original Icing.

You can even do homemade cinnamon rolls or really any kind from the store that you like.

You will also need icing (which typically comes with the cinnamon roll) and you can do homemade icing as well.

Lastly, you will need Christmas sprinkles!

My daughter picked these sprinkles out.

How to Make Christmas Tree Cinnamon Rolls

Set your oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.

Open the cinnamon rolls and pull them apart so you have 5 rolls.

Unravel one at a time and weave it back and forth like so to create a tree shape.

Pinch the tree together a little bit so it doesn’t come undone in the oven.

If it starts separating in the oven, take it out and gently push it together.

Bake for 23-27 minutes or until golden brown.

Take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly.

Add icing and sprinkles and enjoy!

How to Store Cinnamon Rolls

If you end up having leftover cinnamon rolls (although we almost never do) they can be saved and reheated at a later time.

First, make sure that they are completely cooled.

Next grab an airtight container and place them in one layer in the container.

Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Mine typically only last one extra day because they are just that good.

How to Reheat Christmas Tree Cinnamon Rolls

If you’re wanting to reheat the next day or so, put them in a pan and loosely wrap it in foil.

Bake in the oven at 300 degrees for about 5-7 minutes until it is completely warmed through.

Keep in mind, the icing may run a little bit and the rolls may be a little firmer but they will still taste just as fabulous!
