The viral chicken Caesar salad pizza has taken the internet by storm!
Have you seen the viral chicken Caesar salad pizza going all over the internet?
I’ve seen at least 5 different versions of them so of course, I had to try it and change it up a little bit to my liking.

Why I Love Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza
Since I have gotten back from the beach I have been trying to up my protein intake and this recipe has been a favorite.
With 38g of protein per serving, this is a dish I highly recommend you make if you are looking to add that extra protein to your daily meals.

The crust is literally just made out of chicken, parmesan, egg, and spices.
There’s no flour which means, this is gluten-free!

What Ingredients You Need to Make this High Protein Recipe
It seems like there are a lot of ingredients in this recipe but honestly, there are a ton of repeats.
Chicken
I used 92% lean ground chicken. I have seen others use canned chicken but something about canned chicken weirds me out.
Eggs
We were taking care of our neighbor’s chickens so we got some super fresh eggs but really any will do.
Parmesan Cheese (both grated and shredded)
Fresh parmesan works best for flavor in my opinion! This is added to the crust and also used as a topping.

Spices
Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, and salt are the seasonings that make up this dish. Feel free to use fresh garlic if you would like.
Cottage Cheese
My favorite brand to use is Good Culture low-fat cottage cheese. This is used to make the Caesar dressing.
Milk
I used unsweetened almond milk to water down the dressing. You can always make the dressing without the milk and add it if its too thick.
Worcestershire Sauce
This adds a little tang to the Caesar dressing and makes it taste so good!
Distilled White Vinegar
This helped enhance the flavor of the dressing.
Lemon Juice
A little fresh lemon juice is great for a Caesar dressing!

Spicy Brown Mustard
Some prefer Dijon mustard but to be honest, I didn’t have it so spicy brown mustard it was!
Romaine Lettuce
A necessary ingredient for the Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza! Chop it up and mix with dressing prior to adding it on as a topping.
Panko Bread Crumbs
A perfect solution to the crouton part of a Caesar salad. These give the pizza a tiny crunch.
How to Make the Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza Recipe
First preheat the oven to 425°.
While the oven is pre-heating, combine ground chicken, eggs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and put the mix onto it.
Flatten with a spatula as much as possible then grab more parchment paper to cover the top.
Use your hands to flatten it even more.

Remove the parchment paper, and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t dry out.
While that is baking, it’s time to make your Caesar dressing!

To a blender add cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, spicy brown mustard, and distilled white vinegar.
Be sure to slowly add the milk so the dressing doesn’t get watery.
If it’s too thick, add more milk and set the dressing aside.

Grab a bowl, add chopped romaine and some spoonfuls of the dressing and mix until the romaine is coated.
When the pizza comes out add the rest of the dressing to the crust.

Top it off with romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan, bread crumbs, and black pepper.
This is optional but feel free to add in some crushed red pepper flakes for a little bit of spice.
Yummy!

Conclusion
I really loved this recipe!
With 38g of protein, 11g. of carbs and 14g. of fat, this is the perfect healthy pizza recipe you can make and stay within your macros!
