How do I know Samantha?
Long story short, I met Samantha in college when I was planning on joining a Sorority. Instantly after we met we knew we would be lifelong friends! Samantha became my big sister in Chi Omega at George Mason University and now we’re going on 10+ years of friendship!
I am a Registered Dietitian by day, Makeup Artist and Hairstylist by night! I started my business 4 years ago after doing makeup for a friend’s wedding. It grew by word of mouth from there!
My go-to quick makeup routine consists of a light coverage foundation blended with a damp, flat top kabuki brush for fast, even application; bronzer under my jawline, cheekbones and hairline, mascara; and chapstick. Takes about 3 minutes!
For short hair- straighten the ends so they don’t flip in or out. Looks like you “did” your hair and only takes a minute!

3. We also never get enough sleep in those first few months so let’s throw that out the window. What are some other ways to get glowing skin and reduce those puffy eyes?
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate- In (diet) and out (i.e. moisturizer)! Avoiding salty foods (especially at night) and drinking plenty of water throughout the day will keep puffy eyes at bay. A cold compress or chilled spoons will also bring down facial swelling.
5. AHHH what to choose for the last one… ?! I must go with NYX Liquid suede cream lipstick– I love ALL the colors, but soft spoken is my fav for every day. The color lasts FOREVER, as in a full 8 hour day through breakfast and lunch. They are very inexpensive!
See #4. Perfect Hair Day dry shampoo… I LOVE it! Also, see above re: messy top bun! Hides it well!

All good advice! Thank you Sam! Living Proof is my favorite dry shampoo too. It’s awesome! And I love the tip about the travel size. Never would’ve guessed that.
Yes! We love that dry shampoo too!
