I have gotten hundreds of messages daily asking how to upload my Instagram Story Templates.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to answer every single message so I figured, hey, why not write a blog post about all of the questions I get about my templates?
Here are my Instagram Story Templates FAQ’s!
Actually… before I dive into the questions, I wanted to take this time to thank you for sharing all of my templates that I’ve posted.
My templates have gone viral all over Instagram and have reached places like the Philippines, Mexico, Sweden, Italy, and more!
I have received so many thank you messages on how these have helped people stay sane during quarantine as well as helping friends and family learn a little bit more about each other or event reconnect.
So . Freaking . Cool .
If you scroll all the way down to the bottom you will see all of my templates! Please feel free to tag me (@leahferezan) if you use any of them so I can check out your answers!

HOW DO I SAVE THESE INSTAGRAM STORY TEMPLATES?
There are three ways to save them.
- You can save them from my blog posts. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and save the images. You can also visit my Instagram Story Templates page here.
- The second option is going to my Instagram and going to my highlights. Find the one labeled. “IG Templates” and you can see all of them there! Keep in mind, when you get them from my highlights you need to put your finger on the picture and screenshot the image so you don’t get my IG handle at the top.
- Sometimes I share them on my stories so you can save them directly from there as well! Remember do the same thing as you would when getting them from IG highlights. Hold your finger the picture and screenshot the image so you don’t get my IG handle at the top.
HOW CAN I FILL IN MY ANSWERS?
After you save the photo make sure you make a copy of it. Then, upload both copies to your Instagram Story.
Fill in the first one with your answers (whether they be texts or GIFs), tag your friends, tag the person who made the template and then leave the second copy blank.
You want to leave the second copy blank because that’s how your other friends who were tagged will copy a blank template to do it all over again.
HOW DO I CREATE MY OWN INSTAGRAM STORY TEMPLATES?
This is an easy answer, I use the program called, Canva (the free version) and you can literally design anything from business cards to Ebooks!
Obsessed with Canva.
I design a lot of things from my blog on there and designing templates has never been easier!
I totally recommend doing it there if you were planning on designing your own templates as well.
Remember, I am offering custom design templates as well! If you’re interested, send me an email here!
