I love creating fun and new charcuterie board ideas so when something similar to this came across Pinterest, I knew I had to try it.
This charcuterie bouquet is perfect for a Galentine’s Day with the girls or even to celebrate the start of Spring (even though it is only 30 degrees outside this morning).
I headed to Trader Joe’s, got all my ingredients, and got to work.
The first question that people often ask me is how I make salami roses.
So, I am here to explain below and attached a video on how I did it as well.
How to Make Salami Roses
This is actually super easy!
Grab a champagne flute and your salami.
Fold one piece of salami over the champagne flute rim and press in half.
Then layer another one halfway between the already folded salami and the champagne flute. Repeat until the entire rim of the champagne has been covered with salami and layered a few times.
Here is a short video on how I did it.
Now, onto the next part. Let’s find out how I made this adorable charcuterie bouquet!
How to Make a Charcuterie Bouquet
Ingredients:
Salami
White Cheeses
Chocolate Covered Almonds
Rosemary Sprigs
Strawberries
Directions:
Make the salami into roses (see instructions from earlier).
Add rosemary for stems and bunch them together to make a bouquet.
Then add chocolate covered almonds, white cheeses, and heart strawberries.
I got my charcuterie board from Target for only $19.99 and I linked it here for you!

This was a really big hit at the Galentine’s Day party I attended in the beginning of February! Pair it with Valentine’s Sorbet Champagne and I think you will be set for the perfect girl’s night in!
