Ok yes, the “I can’t live without” part may be an exaggeration. However, I thought this would be a fun and simple topic to write about!
Kind of a “get-to-know-me” post.
Of course, the item’s listed are things I can actually live without BUT I just choose not to! As in, I may just be a little bit obsessed?
Do you ever use something so much that you feel like if you go a day without it your whole day is ruined? Or that you feel “off” and not yourself?
Besides the obvious, “I can’t live without” my kids, husband, hope, dreams, etc… I thought it may be fun to talk a little bit about things I am kind of really obsessed with.
Planner –
Writing in my planner is something I do EVERY. SINGLE. DAY to stay organized.
There’s something about filling up a blank page with plans, meetings, and blog post ideas that really gets me excited!
I am a big fan of the planners with the spiral because I feel like they are much easier to write in. I can be picky about my planners, right?
Below are some of my favorites:
My Camera –
This is a big one. I use this for a ton of my blog posts and am still incredibly new at taking photos but I can’t live without my baby!
I use the Canon EOS Rebel T6 Digital SLR camera. Although one day I do plan to move up to a more advanced camera, this one is perfect for beginners.
One thing I love about cameras is their accessories. I use this camera case and my friend got me a “camera buddy” which is perfect for when I need to take shots of my little girls.
Ice Roller
Yes, I have talked about this product again and again but I am just that obsessed with it.
You can read more about it on my Cure for Morning Puffiness post however, the ice roller really helps with inflammation. Not only that but I used this product religiously when I had my wisdom teeth out last month.
Hydro Flask –
This product has actually been brought up here and here so there’s no surprise it’s on the list! I carry this baby with me everywhere I go.
This was given to me as a gift on Christmas in 2017 and have used it every day since.
I absolutely love to drink water throughout the day and sometimes add a little bit of lemon and maybe some mint leaves to spice things up. A favorite of mine is ice cold water, sliced strawberries, and basil. It’s so refreshing.
There have been a few times where I fill it up with coffee and it kept my coffee warm for 6 hours. AHMAZING.
As a mom and someone who works full-time, I tend to “sip” my coffee throughout the whole day because who has time to sit and relax for 20 minutes? So, my coffee would always get cold before I was done.
Not with the hydro flask!
However, in all honesty, I’d rather fill it up with water and drink coffee out of a cute pink mug.
Just a personal preference!
The hydro flask comes in so many different colors and so many different sizes. Mine is the one in the middle.
My favorites are below:
Soft Fuzzy Blankets –
Seriously cannot live without one. I use one when watching movies on the couch and as part of my covers when sleeping at night. I also really like to be cuddled up in a big blanket!
This one was given to me as a present from our realtor and have had it for over 5 years. It’s white, fluffy and kind of heavy. My perfect blanket.
Some other cute ones:
Chocolate –
I am pretty sure I got this obsession from my mom. My mom LOVES dark chocolate and now I do too. Although, I could eat any kind of chocolate.
My favorites include Lindt dark chocolate, DOVE dark chocolate and Trader Joes 72% dark chocolate.
If I am trying to be healthy, instead of eating a straight up chocolate bar I will try to freeze some greek yogurt and add some dark chocolate chip shavings on top. Another tip is adding dark chocolate chips to the inside of raspberries. A delicious treat without feeling the guilt!
Rose Water Facial Toner and Rose Facial Oil
I get both of these products from Trader Joes.
Let’s start with the Rose Water Facial Toner. This is such a refreshing and hydrating toner. Like, how did I live without this product?
I put it on every morning when I wake up and every night when I go to bed. I also spritz it on a few times during the day to keep feeling refreshed.
Also, the fragrance is amazing. If you don’t have a Trader Joes in your area, you can get this product here. However, it is cheaper at Trader Joes ($3.99).
The Rose Facial Oil is not only for the face but can be used for cuticles and to condition dry hair as well. It smells just like the Rose Facial Toner. I pump it out and mix it with my moisturizer at night.
My only negative about these products is rumor has it that they are seasonal. UGH! I might need to stock up.
Well, that wraps up my list of 7 things I can’t live (or choose not to ) live without.
Ok, ok, coffee and red wine could have absolutely made this list, wouldn’t you agree?
Now tell me…
Coffee for sure!!! And art supplies- minimum I need a sketchbook and pencil with me at all times. ? I can’t focus without it.
Love it! Coffee is a MUST!!!
